Free Energy headlines at MAD Dragon's annual showcase

Drexel University's student-run record label MAD Dragon Records hosted a showcase in Mandell Theatre March 3. The concert was free for Drexel students, open to the public and headlined by the Philadelphia-based rock band Free Energy. The rest of the line-up was composed of MAD Dragon artists Kuf Knotz, Hezekiah Jones, The Spinning Leaves and Toy Soldiers.

Exhibit Featuring Cartoon & Comic Art Legends The subject of rejection is examined in a four-week exhibit of cartoon and comic art and includes such legends as Charles Schulz and the creators of "Superman," Joe Shuster and Jerry Siegel. Both Schulz and the Shuster-Siegel duo experienced repeated rejection for long periods of time before being noticed by publishers.

Falafel House opens on 33rd

It was only a couple of weeks ago that Falafel House opened its doors on 33rd Street in Powelton Village. Nic Cage still ridiculous in 3D
