The world momentarily stopped when Queen Bey, otherwise known as Beyonce dropped her visual album “Lemonade” on HBO April 23. Though fans of Beyonce went wild over the 12-song album, fashionistas all over the world honed in on the generous fashion that she rocked. Styled by Marni Senofonte, here are just a couple of outfits that Beyonce wore.

Hold Up.

Along with her baseball bat with “Hot Sauce” printed on it, Queen Bey strutted in in a Roberto Cavalli marigold, off the shoulder and ruffled gown from his Fall 2016 collection. To complete the look, Beyonce paired the dress with a pair of Saint Laurent black heels.

“Don’t Hurt Yourself.”

Friends support friends, and that is exactly what Beyonce did for Kanye West by wearing a two-piece ensemble from his latest Yeezy collection. To top the outfit off, she wore an oversized Hood By Air fur coat. This outfit was definitely a standout in Lemonade.

“Sorry.”

Bey switched it up in this segment of the video album by rocking a Neil Barrett blazer and trousers. In other scenes, she wore a Zana Bayne bra- a huge statement piece from the film.

“6 Inch.”

Beyonce gave us sultry vixen in her “6 Inch” segment featuring the The Weeknd. The scene was filled with dim lights and a plethora of bodysuits.  At the end of the song, Beyonce wore a custom-made Gucci lace suit as she burnt a house down.

“Love Drought. ”

The outfits in this video echoed the softer tones of “Love Drought.” Beyonce and her dancers were styled in thin silk white dresses, designed by Daniele Carlotta. Their outfits  were influenced by garbs worn by nuns.

“Formation. ”

Perhaps the most known song on the album, “Formation” not only sends a powerful message, but also provides an epic “slayage” in fashion. Queen Bey served Southern Belle as she paired a Chanel hat, Fallon choker and a Alessandra Rich white ruffled and lace dress.

There is no doubt that Lemonade was an innovative piece in music. Beyonce certainly showed us how amazing of an artist she truly is. Lemonade was the perfect opportunity to showcase the world of fashion.
