Don’t get overinvolved
Drexel University is so much like the city around it. It’s hectic, rushed and full of endless opportunities to get involved. Coming to college, you will be encouraged by so many people to join a variety of different clubs to become a part of something bigger. You absolutely should.

Spring is in the air
Drexel moves fast. That’s not really news, though: everyone reading this article will be more than familiar with the stress of searching for a co-op, studying endlessly for midterms that somehow last all term, and knowing exactly what week it is at any given moment. Simply put, Drexel is indeed “different” — our 76 day winter term stands in striking comparison to UPenn’s 118 day spring semester. For many this term flew by, a feeling only aided by the sudden warm weather some consider a curse of climate change while others a blessing for finals studying.

Spring term brings new beginnings
Never would I have anticipated starting spring term of my junior year with the feeling of being lost. But as I searched for places to do homework in between classes, I found myself walking in circles, in and out of buildings and changing seats once I’d been settled — but let’s blame anxiety for that last one.
